Good Group Hospitality Gift Cards are available for purchase online or in person at any of our Australian venues. Our venues include Botswana Butchery in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, White + Wong's in Melbourne and Sydney.
GIFT CARD FAQ'S
Q: Can I order a gift card to be sent to someone else?
A: Yes. Using our online platform you can send to anyone via email or we will post a physical card to the recipient. You can include a short message too.
Q: How do I redeem my gift card?
A: Simply make a booking at one of our venues either online or over the phone. Bring your email voucher or physical card along with you at the time of your booking and present at time of payment.
Q: Can my card be used at Good Group venues in New Zealand?
A: No, you will need to go to our New Zealand website to purchase gift cards for use there.
Q: How long is my gift card valid for?
A: Under Australian law all purchased gift cards must be valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase (not applicable for complimentary and promo gift cards).
Q: Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
A: No, we cannot exchange vouchers for cash. If you don't redeem your card in full, the unused value on a card will be available for use on your next visit.
Q: How long will my gift card take to arrive?
A: E-gift cards arrive almost instantly in the recipients inbox. Physical gift cards are issued via express post. At busy periods such as Christmas, we advise ordering at least 7 days in advance.
Q: I didn't receive my e-gift card. What should I do?
A: Check you junk folder before contacting us to make sure it's not there. It is also possible the recipients email address was incorrectly entered at the time of ordering. If you suspect this is the case we can look up your voucher and reissue to the correct address. Contact us via email at email@example.com.
Q: I've lost my gift card. What should I do?
A: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll re-issue your e-gift card or re-send your physical gift card.
